FAQs
1. What happens when the room is no longer in the center of my camera view?
Answer: You can press the Re-Alignment Button at the bottom right corner. Our App also self detect and auto-adjust the room in the camera for you when you try to place Appliances.
2. I choose ARDrawing mode to draw the lines, but I am not able to draw anything.
Answer: In order for our AI algorithm to auto generate the kitchen cabinets, the user need to first point their camera at either the Left Edge or the Right Edge of the room. Then tap the screen, and move your camera to draw the line, then tap again to finish.
3. How do I delete something that I already placed?
Answer: At the moment, please use the rewind button to rewind to the kitchen design prior to the component placement.
4. How do I clear the texture of the BackSplash, Walls, or Floor?
Answer: At the moment, please use the rewind button to rewind to the kitchen design prior to the component placement.
